Nick Reinke is the Soil Health Services Lead at Land O’Lakes – Truterra, where he works closely with a wide array of internal and external partners to drive adoption of regenerative agricultural practices at scale. His focus is on developing partnerships and programs to remove barriers to the adoption of regenerative agricultural practices to help participating farmers become more profitable, sustainable, and resilient.

Before his tenure with Truterra, Nick spent 10 years working directly with farmers and agribusinesses in ag banking and crop insurance. Nick also comes from a family farm background, where he still helps out during the busy season in Lisbon, North Dakota. Nick holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School.
