Greg is currently in his 31st year at Grande Cheese Company, Dairy Road, Fond du lac, Wisconsin as the Vice President of Milk Marketing and Supply Chain. Within his current role, Greg is responsible for all raw material and finished goods purchases, finished product storage, distribution and long-term manufacturing capacity requirements for cheese and whey.  Greg currently resides in Mequon, WI with his wife Kathy. 

Greg grew up on a fourth-generation dairy farm near Darlington, WI that is still within the family today. 

Education:

  • MBA coursework at Indiana University
  • Master’s Degree in Agricultural Industries from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville

Greg has served on various dairy industry boards including a current board officer position with the Dairy Business Association (DBA) and previously as an officer for Wisconsin Cheesemakers Association (WCMA).
